Hi! I’m happy that you’re here. My name is Alejandra. I’m a Port Saint Lucie resident. I’m the owner of Beautiful Pop-up Events. I started my creative journey since I was 16 years old as an assistant chef, decorator, and host for a catering company. I really enjoyed showcasing my creative side and connecting with clients. My vision for my company is to offer a variety of beautiful and unforgettable experiences such with our event planning, 360 and Digital Photo Booth,luxury picnics, and more. I look forward to working along side of you!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
I highly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance in order to secure your desired date. If you book less than 2 weeks the full amount is due as soon as you book with us.

What’s the duration of the set-ups?
All of our picnic set ups last for 3 hrs with an option to extend time for an additional fee.
Our photo booth set ups last for 4 hrs with an option to extend time for an additional fee.

Can I leave my picnic set up before the time is up?
Yes, you can. Just let us know at least 30 mins in advance via text message or phone call. Remember that you take full responsibility for all the items until we are able to return and pack up.

Is drinking allowed during my picnic?
It is your responsibility to check the alcohol laws of any public space before your event. Most public parks and beaches prohibit the consumption of alcohol. Beautiful Pop-up Events take no responsibility or liability for any alcohol consumption penalties.

Is my security deposit refundable?
Security deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

What happens if it rains that day (PICNIC ONLY) ?
We will do all of our best to check the weather 2 days prior to your set up. If there is a big chance of rain. We can reschedule or do the set up indoors to the provided location (location needs to be in the surrounding area of Port Saint Lucie).

Can I reschedule (PICNIC ONLY) ?
We only accept reschedules due to weather related issues. Reschedule must be requested 3 days prior to your event. If you still choose to do the set up, once the set up is complete we are unable to relocate or reschedule the event.

Where can I have my set up (PICNIC & BALLOON ARRANGEMENT ONLY) ?
We can set up at the beach, park, or at home. If you need suggestions we are more than happy to assist.
